Chocolate Cheeseball Recipe

Makes 2 balls (small) or 1 large
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
¾ cup of sugar
2 tbsp brown sugar
¼ tsp. vanilla
1 cup mini chocolate chips
finely chopped pecans
Mix butter and cream cheese together.
Mix in both sugars and vanilla.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips. (Use less than 1 cup, if desired.)
Shape into a ball or two. Roll ball(s) in chopped pecans.
Serve with chocolate graham crackers. (This really makes it!)
