Since the Native Americans started growing it, corn has been an American favorite. Combine it with the Pilgrims’ old English concept of pudding, and you have something beautiful!

Ingredients

2 Cans of Cream Style Corn

2 Eggs

1 Cup of Sugar

3 Tablespoons of Corn Starch

1 can of evaporated milk

butter

Directions

Mix all ingredients together.

Place in casserole dish. Slice 2-3 small pieces of butter and place on top.

Bake on 350 degrees F for 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until the top has browned.
