Profile of Muslimah Seraaj
Muslimah Seraaj has been working with Seraaj Family Homes, Inc. (SFH) for more than a decade. She is currently the Social Media Manager, a Data Analyst and Database Manager, and the Records Room Manager. She is also a part of the Continuous Quality Improvement team.
Seraaj began her career at SFH as an Administrative Assistant to the Human Resource Manager. Now she is trained and highly experienced in website maintenance, social networking, virtual marketing, editorial writing, community-outreach, professional training and more. In addition, Seraaj has gained skills in event planning, supervision, and personnel and consumer management from previous experiences.
Seraaj received her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Computer Information Systems from Alabama State University. She also received a training and development certification from the University of Alabama. Seraaj is also certified in Advanced Microsoft Excel, Design and Development of Training, Training Needs Assessment, Trends and Issues in Human Resources Department, and Managing the Training Process.
