If you’re not really a T.V. or movie-watching type of person, the weather during the Spring and Summer was on your side. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, we had to find alternative ways of entertaining ourselves like going on nature walks, outdoor skating, or having an outdoor picnic. As it turns colder around the U.S., some of us—those who prefer not to be outside in the cold for too long—have even fewer options now. Celebrating World Cerebral Palsy Day 

October 6 is World Cerebral Palsy Day. According to the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention, CP includes a group of disorders that affect a person’s ability to move and maintain balance and posture. It is the most common motor disability in childhood. CP can be caused by variables such as brain damage in the first few months or years of life, infections such as meningitis or encephalitis, or even sickle cell disease.
